PCB has released the official anthem “Khul Ke Khel” for the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) published the official anthem “Khul Ke Khel” for the Pakistan Super League’s ninth season on Wednesday.

The song, written, produced, and arranged by Ali Zafar, features the famous vocalist with Pakistani heartthrob Aima Baig, and the video includes excerpts from the previous edition’s six franchises.
PSL 9 is expected to begin on February 17 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, with two-time champions and current titleholders Lahore Qalandars facing Islamabad United, winners of the 2016 and 2018 PSL seasons.

The tournament will take place in four cities: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi, concluding in the final on March 18 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi. The competition will include six teams and 34 T20 matches.

Karachi will host 11 matches during the season, including the qualifier, two eliminators, and the final. Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi will both host nine matches. Multan, renowned as the City of Saints, will host five matches.

Tickets to the huge event, which went on sale on February 6, are priced at Rs6,000 (VIP), Rs3,000 (Premium), Rs2,000 (First Class), and Rs1,000 (General).

Meanwhile, tickets for the final, which will be contested on March 18 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, have been priced at Rs8,000 (VIP), Rs4,000 (Premium), Rs2,500 (First Class), and Rs1,000 (General).

The qualification tickets will cost Rs5,000 (VIP), Rs2,500 (Premium), Rs1,500 (First class), and Rs750 (General), while the tickets for the two eliminators will cost Rs5,000 (VIP), Rs3,000 (Premium), Rs1,500 (First class), and Rs750 (General).
